Here is a list of 71, Massey 65's in various salvage yards. https://www.tractorhouse.com/listin...uipment/manufacturer/massey-ferguson/model/65 Some have photo's, and I believe the 8th tractor in the list, shows a picture of the item you're looking for. It doesn't necessarily mean it is still there, but it's a start. Give them a call and see. Since you don't show your location, maybe look through the list, and you may find one in driving distance.

I honestly can't say. I don't know if it would make the draft control erratic being hooked there or not. My mind say's yes, because seems that bracket would dampen the top links pull. But, depends on how much you utilize the draft control.
