there are many small and big dealers who are already importing all these implements into the US. Actually, most of implements currently in USA are imported products. So, what is your real question? If you are actually asking if you yourself (a farmer?) can import any implement(s), yes, you too can do that. All you need is to find a supplier partner abroad who will help you on everythings from handling to shipping to processing paperworks till your door.
