Looking for AM121071 Wire Harness

I've purchased a used PTO kit for my 1994 445 and I can't seem to connect it up to my harness without this mysterious AM121071 Wire Harness and I cannot find one anywhere! I've found wiring harnesses from newer 445's and wonder if that will solve my problems or will I then need that jumper wire mentioned in the instructions that my tractor doesn't have?
If a newer harness will help, which year harness do I want to look for to hook this thing up? My kit came with a AM120840 PTO module with a 3-wire and 4-wire connector, as well as a single red and single yellow wire, if that helps. Thanks in advance!

I posted in your other post, you may be able to get away without the module or harness.

You might try John Deere Parts and John Deere Lawn Mower Parts for the harness

Thanks! I'll give them a shot! Crossing my fingers that at least the mower will operate as before with the kit installed, without the harness or module. If the rear PTO also works that would be a BONUS!

I see that the PTO kit is showing as available from that link! It doesn't include the AM121071 Wire Harness, however, but looks to include the PTO jumper wire I keep reading about that's used on the newer models than mine. Now I'm wondering if it would work to get this and buy a main wiring harness from a newer 445 than mine to make this work? As it turns out, I was able to see the PTO spin once, till I put the seat/fender back on and now it won't work at all again! To be honest, it wasn't acting correctly even then, as the PTO started spinning as soon as I started the tractor and let off the brake. I tried pulling up on the PTO knob to see what happened and the PTO light on the dash came on, but the unit stopped spinning. I assume it's because of all of the safety plugs that aren't connected to anything, because of the missing wire Harness?

I would need to see a wiring diagram posted to help. Did the mid PTO work before the rear PTO was added?

Yes, the PTO worked fine before I decided to add the rear 540 PTO. Well, I say "fine", but it has been flaky since I bought it (a couple months ago). It would come right on at times, but at other times I would pull up on the PTO knob and nothing would happen. No light or anything. If I cycled it a couple of times it would then start up. Since adding the rear PTO, everything that used to work no longer does, and when it does decide to work it comes on as soon as I start the tractor and turns off when I pull up on the PTO knob!

I'll try to find the wiring diagram and put it here...

Just a followup on the original PTO situation. I got it installed and fired up the tractor and the mower started right up. This is BEFORE pulling up on the PTO knob. Long story short, I fought it for a couple of weeks, trying everything and finally removed the rear PTO kit, the rear hydraulic kit I also bought for it, and put the stock cover back on, with a brand new PTO solenoid and it did the same thing! I then went and bought a new PTO switch and installed that and it didn't change anything so was about to load it onto a trailer and take it to the Deere doctor, when my brother (who's a great mechanic) showed up and convinced me to pull out the PTO solenoid and the guts below it so he could look at everything and found a diagram that showed it going in the reverse direction. We inserted the thing in the reverse direction and voila! It works like brand new again! The 540 Rear PTO picture in the installation instructions does show it correctly, but it's so blurry in the printed version I had that I saw it wrong, and the parts exploded view that I found elsewhere showed it in reverse! Beware of those things!
