I know this idea is not answering your question but will possibly give you other options.

Look for a pto generator large enough to fully load 100 HP.

Electric furnaces are out of style everywhere and often can be had from HVAC businesses for a few dollars. Their electric elements and fan make an excellent load for the generator. A little math will soon give you horsepower.

Water pump is another option where you pump out of a pond or lake and back into the same water body. A globe valve allowing you to restrict the water flow and an orifice to measure the flow will soon give you horsepower.
