Same Mercury 75 Farmtrac 795DTC
So I am looking into the option of upgrading my current loader on my Same Mercury 75 (centurion 75) special 4wd. I have a KMW D-600 loader that was made for a Kubota M7500 Dt according to the manual KMW emailed me. I would like something with more lifting capacity and I started to send out some emails to manufacturers to see what can I can find but I also wanted to set some feelers out here on the forum and see what people had to say. If I can find a loader that isn't all that expensive then it would buy me some more time to buying a newer tractor.

Is yours all that bad? Rotted out? or ?
If it is a hydraulic issue you might just add a new pump driven off of the crankshaft.

Otherwise unless extremely lucky a loader will set U back a whole lot more than U would think.

My loader has a max lift capacity of 2100#'s at the pins. I would like to get a debris grapple and ssqa for it. Those grapples are heavy and I want to use it to clean manure and a grapple full of manure weighs more than 1k pounds im sure. I know a new loader wouldnt be cheap but figured i could see whats out there.

The loader design and specs are only one part of the issue of increasing lift capacity of an older tractor.

One also has to look at the capacity of the front axle and related parts, including wheels and tires.

I have seen plenty of pictures of collapsed front ends that failed because the fully loaded front end loader exceeded the structural capability of the basic tractor.

It’s a system, not a component that has to be designed to successfully increase lift capacity.

You can find a new aftermarket FEL with more lift capacity but with your existing low volume hydraulic pump FEL movement is likely to be very, very slow.

Consider clamp on manure forks for your existing bucket.

I already have a 4' manure bucket for my loader. I need the grapple part because of the ground i work with. Even with 4wd and big tires, i get stuck and need the use of the bucket to push myself out. Having the grapple I can at least hold on to most of my load while i push out. I can try and fabricate a grapple for my existing bucket but, its not anything i am good at.
