Buying Advice Looking at Mitsubishi D2350

Stopped for a few minutes today and looked at the tractor and bush hog. Tractor looks clean. It's 2 wheel drive. All 4 tires are good. No slack in the steering wheel. I want to go back in the next day or 2 and get with the owner to start and run the machine but 1st I'd like to know what kind of parts availability there is for this tractor. I'd also like to know if anybody knows if this is a good tractor. Any other advice is appreciated.

The reason I want a tractor is to grade and maintain a gravel driveway and do a little bush hogging on about 1 acre where I keep my horse. I'm sure some other things will come up from time to time.
