Prices are so crazy these days it is hard to say. I think it is very fair, but then, as I watch the auctions and sales, I have seen them go much, much cheaper. There are some guys up here who are absolutely desperate to sell their stuff. It's sad, but that's the way it is.
Also, the "50" series has the HST that is often jerky in stopping from reverse. Check that out and see if you can live with it, some can, some cannot.

The D probably stands for Diesel and all of that model are diesels. The price looks a bit high for the hours. Look for lower hours for that price.
