Can someone decode these for me?

Tractor # BB57269
Unit # DS314C
Engine #117520
Trans #8D11B
Rear axle #8C040
Hyd pump# 8D11B
Hyd lift # 8D18A
Casting #7269

See anything goofy?

What year is this tractor?

Tractor has an AG tire on one side and an Industrial on the other. Would there be a concern for the differential at all? I imagine only one tire drives until you hit the differential lock pedal?

I'd be replacing the rear tires...

You have purchased a 4610 SU. The SU designation (Special Utility) signifies smaller rear rubber and a different front axle and steering system than a 4610 All Purpose model. Also, your new tractor has a single pump hydraulic system and does not have deluxe remote valves. That will provide most of the information needed to get you the correct parts when ordering. Looking at the numbers you posted, I think the Unit code you listed is actually the model code for the tractor.

Ah, I was wondering why the rear rims were 16.9-24 and not 14.9-28.

On the rear right side of the tractor, there are two hydraulic remotes...

What's the difference in the steering unit?

If there are two hydraulic couplers, you have one remote valve. If there are four couplers, you have two remotes. The valves are double acting and have two connections each.

SU models have a steering box with two sector shafts connected to separate pitman arms & draglinks. All Purpose models have a single sector steering box with one pitman arm and draglink. The AP front axle and steering system is stronger, the wheelbase a little longer, and the ground clearance a little higher than the SU chassis.

Great, thx for the info.

I assume the AP front end is a bit stonger for the purposes of adding an FEL?
