Long Term B21 Issues

I recently purchased a used B21 w/ 1300 hrs. Anyone had any long term experience with these machines? Any problem areas I should know about? I've rented them in the past and have found them so useful I decided to break down and buy one. I chose a TLB, over a tractor with a 3Pt. backhoe, because I plan to use the hoe quite a bit, at least in the first stages of my project, then maybe I'll drop the hoe and set up a mower or other implements on the 3pt. I was told these machines were designed for the rental market, so they hold up to use pretty well. I guess time will tell. Planning to do a lot of landscaping, as well as a sprinkler system and some clearing of my property. Any info would be a great help. Thanks.

I have 1100 hrs on mine and no problems other than the occasional hydraulic hose, new battery and new front tires. Forgot, I did have one problem with a 16” backhoe bucket from doing to much scraping on a rock hillside. The mounting holes on the bucket elongated from to much side load. I was disappointed that the pins didn’t give before there was damage to the bucket. Keep the fluid changes up to date and you should be good to go.
