A buddy of mine has a LONG 6' disc he wants to get rid of, just wondering if this is a good piece of equipment or not. It needs a few new blades which isn't a big deal and he said the bearings are all good. I just want to know if anyone has one and if they are junk or if they hold up pretty good.

Long made a good disc Harrows
My father bought one new in '64 ... still works although someone "borrowed" it once upon a time and attempted to "disc" brick they could not see in an orchard -- the remains of a barn's foundation. But, other than rust and broken / mangled / bent discs it still works!
