After cracking the injection lines at the injectors to bleed out the air and the engine started .I tightened the connections but now have a leak at one of the injectors where the line connects to the injector.I have tightened the pipe connection but still leaks some. What should I do now ,Is there a brass-copper washer there that can be replaced?...any suggestions ?

U might be able to take it loose & use some sand paper on the end of the line.. somehow they get rusty.
Just BE SURE & blow it out REAL GOOD.. u don't want any of the grit getting pushed into the injector..
OR.. buy another line..
The ends of the lines are a crush seal.. they'll only take so much crushing before needing replacement..
I tell my customers, "just snug it up.. u can always go back & snug it up more.. BUT if u crush it from the beginning & it leaks, your done"..
