Do you have anything to share regarding log cabin kits... ?
...by Conestoga in PA or other kit manufacturer's...

Model I'm interested in is the Vacationer 17' x 31' housekeeping cabin with a loft...

Seems well made but pretty pricy... $28,000 for the kit + delivery...

Can 1 guy or 1 guy + a female helper put one together ?

At $53 /sq. ft. plus delivery from PA to CT, in my opinion seems a little to pricey for my taste.

I would do a little more research, if it were me. Of course, opinions are like sphincter mucles, everyone has 'em.
