Loading a truck with B2910 or L3010

I forgot an important thing while pondering my tractor purchase. I have a 94 Dodge 3500 dump body and it is a tall truck the side rails are 5'8" tall I can remove the wood and get it to 5'2" if I had to but that would be a pain after awhile. Will I have trouble loading the truck with a B2710-B2910 or will they raise high enough and reach far enough to load a 1 ton dump body pickup? I didn't want to go with a L3010 but will that machine make the loading alot easier in my truck? And no my local dealer doesn't have any B2710 or B2910 with a loader in stock to check at the moment.

Franco, the short answer to your question is that you can probably do it; carefully. You say the side rails are 68" tall; the lift height with the bucket curled is 83.9", but clearance with the bucket dumped is 65.5"; pretty close, but of course, you might be able to get close enough to dump the bucket in the truck, then curl it back at least part way before backing up. Reach with the bucket dumped and at full height is 26". Of course another possibility is to dump a pile of dirt on the ground beside the truck to drive the front wheels onto to get higher to dump.

Anyway please drop me a line regarding the dump body on your F I N E D O D G E work machine. I too have a 3500 but with a utility bed.
