Loader Valve

I have a Century C38, I was wondering if there was a way to upgrade the loader valve? Right now, it won稚 do 2 functions at once. Say I want to raise and dump the bucket at the same time, it won稚 allow it. Once I move the joystick over to dump, it stops going up or vise versa. So is there a way to upgrade the loader valve or redo the current one so I can do 2 functions at once?
