I have narrowed down my search and consideration to thes two models.I like the Idea that one is adaptable.(could use on another tractor if I traded) But my MAIN concern is the offset (outward) It appears that it sits out quite a bit more that the cusotm one made to my pin holes.
Anyone have an opinion on thsi set out? or recomend one over the other?
thanks.

I have a Washburn model like the one shown in your first link. Definitely lower priced than your second link. It's worked well for me so far, with one exception.
The bolts loosened with every pull of the levers. I would tighten them and they would loosen as soon as I pulled the levers to drop or pickup an implement. A real pain when you want to drive into your forks, bucket or whatever and the handles have fallen into the lower position.
I wound up using a thread locker ( Loctite, I think) plus I ran the bolt through a spring and have a flat washer at the bolt head to keep some tension on the bolt. So far, so good.
I've had mine a couple of years, maybe Washburn has improved on them since.

Thanks. I also thought of the possibly loosening of the bolts. Glad you got that problem solved.I figured if I had that trouble I could "tack' weld the bolt and nuts.Just a dab.lol
May I ask if you found less ' lift' or 'break out foce' due to it being extended out further?I plan to use forks and right now its way out there as they hang on the bucket. Not sure if a few inches have that much effect.
Thanks for posting..
oh, how was the setup. (the adjustments) easy to do?

I'm sure that it does reduce the lift capacity a little because it sets the load out in front of the lift arms farther. I never really noticed the difference for the simple reason that I don't have a lot of times where I need heavy duty lifting. Mostly stuff around the home and whenever I buy 325-350 pound rolls of aluminum coil for my seamless gutter business. Welding a skid steer quick attach plate to a boom pole worked out great for loading the coil onto the gutter machine through the side door of an enclosed trailer.

Any QA is going to move the load farther out from the pivot pins. The Washburn one looks like it might stick out a little more than the Case/IH but not sure. Either one is going to move you current pallet fork load back closer than hanging it on the bucket, just don't go over kill on weight of a QA pallet fork. Where you might notice some difference is with the bucket, but I added the Bobcat QA to my loader and I can still push bucket full curl it back and lift with no problem. The difference comes in how much counter weight is need for stability.

Thanks, Im leaning more now toward one of the ones where I weld my curent 'ears' onto it.I liked the idea of not having to do that but figure Ill be removing the ears anyways to weld the new plate to the bucket. So might as well just use my current 'ears' and weld them to the new weld on design QA.

I neglected to tell you that but I'm sure that you already knew it. I did have to have the factory brackets cut off my bucket and have a SSQA plate welded to the bucket. So that's another added expense. But now that it's done and I can drop the bucket and grab my forks or boom pole so easily, I'm glad that I made the move.
