Hydraulic speed on 305 loader is very fast. Anyone know if possible to slow it down.

What you could do is not yank the levers so hard, so it wont go up as fast. It just wont use as much flow.

Another thing is to throttle down a little, the higher the RPM the higher the flow of the hydraulic fluid. Dont "lug" he engine but you could maybe set the throttle to say 1600 or so and it should reduce your hydraulic flow a bit, and learn to "feather" the joystick. Also as your skills develop you will get smoother in your operation.

Have operated back hoes etc for years. Controls are very touchey especially on roll even at low rpm. Am going to have to change orifice if possible. Was checking to see if anyone has done it.
