Loader question

I have a 1997 4200 gear with a 410 loader. The bucket is not retracting all the way in and the control arm is functioning different.
Any ideals?

From reading previous posts, try to disconnect and reconnect the connectors on each hyd. line. Sometimes, apparently, they don't quite make a good fit.
