I recieved a call from the head of Kubota finincal service at Kubota Corp. Headquarters in California yesterday and we talked for forty minutes about the problem I was having financing the loader for my BX2200. The gentleman was as upset as I was about the whole process by the end of the conversation. I was told that he would take care of the problem and I would be contacted by the Georgia division financial head. Well true to his word when I came home today there was a message from Mr. Charlie Byrom from Georgia. Mr Byrom is the head of financial credit for the division. Mr Byrom stated he was very sorry that the problems had even taken place and that he would make things right and call my dealer to explain the purchase setup. Mr. Byrom also stated that the deposit needed would only be 10% not the 33% percent I was told earlier this week. The rate would be 4.19% for 36 months. I know I was a bit of a thorn in the foot of the lion but I was really upset about the whole thing and how I was talked to and treated by others in the company. Well my dealer was contacted and the loader is soon to be placed on my tractor. I would like to thank the following persons for their help in this matter and let all of you know that the "Top" persons do listen if we call them and explain our problems. First Mr. Sid Weincoup Corperate Financial Head California, Mr Phil Rice Financial manager for the Ohio division, Mr. Charlie Byrom Financial Head for the Georgia Division, Muhammad Chisthi Tractorbynet.com for his guidance in this matter and my local dealer sales rep Eric of Newark Kubota 1-302-737-3100 a great resource if you need one. With the help of this group of gentleman, I was able to resolve the problem with alittle persistence on my part. Like I always say " If your gonna be a bear be a Grizzly bear" and don't ever give up. And last but not least by any terms, the population of this board for all their help with this problem and in the past with their advise. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Bigguy
