JD 310d, JD 4110
I have a 4110 without a loader. Now they tell me one is not available. I can buy the 200x or 200cx I guess loader but JD does not sell the attachment parts for my old tractor which I bought new only 3 1/2 years ago.

Is my only option a woods?

Who told you the mounting frames are not available to put a 200cx on your 4110? They are listed in JDParts...

Not sure about the OP, but that's exactly what the dealer told me when I was inquiring about a used 4110. I wrote it off since it didn't have a FEL.

Oh, and howdy neighbor! :D

Howdy to you also!

Maybe they stopped making the kit? I know for a fact it was available at one time though.

BUT, Woods makes a great loader.

If it is available, it wouldn't be the first time a salesman has been wrong, but he seemed pretty confident about it when I inquired. I never did any further research on it though. I gave him a little more credibility than most since he had 30 years in the business and the same last name that was on the sign out front. Of course, that probably means jack-squat anyway.

Which dealer was that?

I had 2 dealers say the mounting parts were no longer available, but one of them suggested I buy a new tractor. This is why I am asking you guys. By the way his name is on the sign out front.

Anyway, if thats the game JD plays, so be it. I found this out inquiring about a snow plow. If I definitely plan on getting a loader someday (when I sell the 310d) is there such a thing as getting a loader now with removable bucket and snow plow attachment? Thats got to be cheaper than $1300 just for a plow. I don't care about manual angling, it would just need the trip springs not to destroy the cracks in the blacktop.

I built a loader mounted snowplow a few years ago...I had bad luck with it-makes the tractor very long and steering was always a problem because of the geometry of the loader. I got rid of it and went with a frame mounted plow...super heavy duty and no more steering problems.

What does Woods want for a loader?

Sorry, I didn't get a price on a woods loader yet.
