Chris, I think it would be a good idea for you to go over all the tractor and make sure all the bolts are tightened to spec, or at least tight! It's not unusual to find a few that were overlooked, esp. when the tractor was "put together very quickly." Don't want anything bad happening! John

My LK3054 that i got last fall came with Seat belts it also has ROPS
