LK3054 brake problem

the right side brake pedal stays down and has to be pulled back by hand. the tractor did sit unused for a while, the brake works and it does release when pulled back, it will not return with spring pressure. please help

Try a little lube on the moving parts, sounds like a friction problem.

spray your fav penatrating oil on the shaft going into brake housing. i had the same problem with mine.
