Lincoln SP170...Good deal????

My buddy just scored what I think was a killer deal on this welder.

It is a SP-170, 170A and 220V. Came with a little homemade stand and a full bottle. Allthough it is only a little bottle. 40CF maybe??? about 18" tall and 7" diameter give or take.

Anyway, it looks nice (not abused), and works just fine. Picked it up for $240:thumbsup:

So what do you all think? Killer deal? Average?

Well seeing as lincoln tombstones sell for $100-200, Ithink he got a really good deal.

The 170 is really only 130 amp output. Still a good deal..The full tank sells for $140.00.

Look at the output on the front. It will say 130 amps. Nice welder. Not to worry. I have sold a boat load of them with no warranty claims.
