Kubota L4060hstc, formerly L3200hst
Just ordered my L4060. I didn't order lights as from what I've seen I can probably get much more light for about the same price. I think the OEM lights were even incandessant bulbs, not LEDs.

Probably gonna go visit the dealer on Wednesday & take some measurments. Anybody put a light bar on a L4060 they would recomend? I think all the L4060 to L6060 are the same cab.

Also, anybody know what type of harness or plug is used for the radio? Crutchfield unsuprisingly doesn't list Kubota. I can wire it up myself, but always prefer to get the nice adapter rather than chop up a wiring harness. It it obviously a single DIN slot, which makes it easy & chep to find something to stuff in there.

I ordered my L4060 with front and rear work lights and radio to make upgrading them easier. I just didn't want to mess with it. Anyway, I replaced the OEM lights with 54w cree led flood/spots on all four corners. In hindsight, 36w would have been more than adequate, but man do they light up the whole area around the tractor!
I haven't replaced the radio yet, but I believe the harness is Kubota specific. I have seen adapters on eBay. Next on my list is to install a Bluetooth capable radio shop I can play my 60's - 80's mp3 music

I added some LED's to my BX also. Just about any kind will work well. On my BX I just added one facing forward and one facing rear. 2 facing forwards would be better. If you order from Amazon or E-bay, lots to choose from, for less than $150 you can get a lot of light for the money.

Word is 9 PIN CONNECTOR | All Electronics Corp. is the plug used by Kubota I ordered one & will chop it in half to connect to the wiring coming out of the radio.

Stopped by the dealer to check a few things out & get some measurements. The wirng harness, speakers & antenna are already there, so it's just a matter of plugging the radio into the harness with the right plug. My measuremenst say I could fit up to a 48" light bar on the back. I guess the lights on the front are standard & it's only the ones on the back that are additional. Wiring harness is there for both, just need to lug into it.

Can't wait for them to get the the last accesories in & get things assembled. Everything they didn't have in stock was at the distro center in Texas, so hopefully it will be ready next week. Especially seings how I got a great deal on a 3pt trencher... It's now sitting in the back of my truck for a while as I have no tractor to unload it.

From the time I placed the order to the day I went to pick up it was exactly 3 weeks. The longest 3 weeks I can remember but well worth it.

They actually had a couple L4060 HSTCs built & in display when I was there yesterday. I think they might be building mine from one in the pile of crated machines they have though. They are just waiting for some of the parts to come in. Thankfully the stuff they didn't have on hand is already on its way from the Kubota warehouse In TX. Rear defroster (new window with the heater strips in it) & big alternator at least if I heard right. Not sure if any hydraulics or the TnT were on hand.

I actually drove to Texas to buy mine. For the money I saved, it was worth the drive. Not to mention getting to watch it be assembled straight from the crate.
