lift speed adjustment

I don't think it's desirable to limit the lift speed. Many uses of the lift depend on speed to keep you out of trouble. For example, you see something a mower is likely to hit. Or, traction breaks while using a plow or box scraper. A tractor can bog down or dig itself a big hole pretty quick if the lift doesn't come up fast.
