Seems the lift arms on my TC35D want to float up too easily. Pulling a small sod buster plow i find it almost impossible to keep sufficient pressure to keep it in the ground to work. Have tried various pitch on ripper and blade to no avail. I have to stop about every 20 feet and cycle the lift and it will dig in for about 20 feet and float up. What am i doing wrong? Do I have a mechanical problem here? Thoughts?

Typically no down pressure is available on the 3ph. Youve tried angle of attack w/o success. try adding a couple hundred pounds to the implement.

The 3pt sounds like it is working fine. Since it goes 20 feet before popping out of the ground you are close to getting it set right. It least it's not diving. Add a few hundred pounds on the plow somewhere and see what changes. All plow setups require that same setup, and it will never be quite the same.

The angle of your top link directly affects how much the implement wants to dive down or raise up, while under force.
You probably have multiple front holes for changing the top link angle. Where is it set at?
What’s your top link angle compared to the lift arm angles?
