The easiest way I know of to set blade clearance is to tape a double layer of duct tape to the edge of the lower blade, anvil, or whatever you want to call it and set for zero clearance to the blade with the least clearance. No, both blades will not have the same clearance. You can either remove the tape or it will come off by itself.

I found this site and this thread because of the hassles I was having with "Liberty". After 4 months of delayed shipping I just called the credit card company and told them my woes. So they are refunding my monies and blocking them from further charges. This was 2 weeks ago and the bank called me today to ask how I got a hold of someone... hahahaha Welcome to my world!!!
