I never liked the way my tiller left a rut where the depth runners ran through the soil so here is what I did to fix it. I wish I would have used heavier pipe but it works real well in fine soil.

Mine does the same thing, can't stand it. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif I just pull some chain link fence behind it. Does Great!!! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

You might want to just fill that pipe with concrete. That'll surely make do a better job!

It does a good job in dry fine soil. I am pleased with the way it levels things up but I may use some heavier pipe or like you said add some concrete.

I need something to go behind our tiller. I was wondering if anyone had made a rolling harrow or rotary harrow that would mount to the rear of a tiller?

I was thinking about something like that but I was afraid it would not work well because of the slow ground speed needed for tilling. I may end up using a small section of harrow.
