Let's Talk Fiat - Hesston

A new TBNr would like to see more threads about Fiat - Hesston. So, what say you?

Why so rusty on one side?

Unfortunately, the tractor has been neglected. It was sitting in a field for about 10 years.
Between muddobbers, a bad design with the exhaust stack, oh yeah....and lots of rain water the damage shows.

I wanted to share an update for anyone interested. The head can't be saved. Sooooo much pitting in and around the valve cylinders.
A perfect example of what not to do for folks who think "If you leave it sit long enough, it will fix itself."
