After reading a post from hazmat the other day revealing that he was born in 1975, it made me think that there were most likely posters much younger than him. Let's get a little feedback from the members and see if we can answer these questions (people don't have to respond if they don't want to!)

Of course, it would mean every member will have to read this thread to get the answers! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Who is the youngest member on the board?
Who is the oldest member on the board?
How many other women are on the board besides itsmecindi?
How many of you are posting from other countries?
Who has the most tractors?

I would like to add one item--this is one everyone can answer.

In our local radio market there's a guy who hosts a show called Garage Logic. The idea is that whether it's polical, mechanical, etc., if it's worth figuring out, the garage is the best place to do it.

Anyway--all men and women are ranked by a cylinder index. Simply stated, everyone counts up the number of cylinders they own (combustion, not hydraulic or other types). The goal is to always own more cylinders than your age.

For example, when I combine my truck, van, car, tractors, chainsaws, weed wacker, etc, my cylinder index is 35 which is happens to be my age. So--I am now out looking for a new toy to stay ahead of the game.

Anyway--I don't want this to replace your suggestion as I think it is great--this could just be an add-on.

Are we counting all of tbn or just the "regulars"

Youngest - falconry
Oldest - Bird
Women other than Cindi - 0
Countries outside of North America (there are several tbner's hailing from the great white north) 5

And I'll add a couple new ones

I'll bet there are less than 10 younger than me who regularly post.

There is one other girl out the other than Cindi. I think she was in the Wyoming or Oregon area. But haven't heard from here in a long time. With owning 38 trucks I know I have more cylinders than I have age.

Maybe I should qualify that statement. The company owns the 38 trucks. I do own 87% of the company. But if I just take my wifes cylinders, my tractors, my boat and lawnmowers I would only have 22. I've got Henro beat. Both of us have 3.6 acres, but I have 3 tractors! If you count tractors that actually RUN, I have him tied. I think Soundguy is up to 6 or 8 tractors.

Ford Ranger (4), Ford Contour (6), Ford Club Wagon (8), Ford 2N (4), Ford 8N (4), NH TC18 (3), push mower, weed eater, chain saw, leaf blower (all 1 each).

OK--I'll make my list official
Ford Truck (8), Ford Van (8), Saturn (4), JD 4010 (3), 2 Riders, 2 push mowers, 2 weed wackers, 2 chainsaws, and ice auger and a walk behind snow blower--each with one cylinder (10)
1 Mercury outboard (1)

TOTAL = 34

(I forgot that I just got rid of an Onan generator which drops me below my age--time to go shopping.)
