Why not visit the new holland web site and go to their parts section.. from there you can get exploded diagrams and part numbers.
i THINK you are refering to a sector arm.. it is a short arm that fits on the sector shaft coming out of the steering box. cennection from the sector arm to the sector shaft is splined, at the other end there would be a tie rod style pin and that connects it to a long draglink, which then runs forward to the front axle.
what part is loose? is the tie rod end wallowed out and sloppy? is the splined connection loose? if so.. is it the arm that is sloppy.. or is the sector shaft worn? OR.. is there a ton of sector backlash so that the sector arm to sector shaft is tight.. but the sector shaft is sloppy in the steering box?
here is a link to the nh site.... showing parts for the 2000 industrial 2030 and 2130 plus a few others.. not sure if that is what you have since you didn't id it by model number.
is it part 56 that you are looking for? 86542743 is a superceded number..( conn3590c ) however that 86542743 number also crosses to the common steering arm used on things like the naa and other ag models.
