Hi all I have a deere 318, with snow blower. My previous before the 318 tractor was an LT160 ran for ten years. Great little tractor sold it to a guy who was going to rebuilt it.
Love the tractor (318) but i have not been able to cut my grass this year due to the mule drive shreadding belts. Even bought an ax. hydraulics new mule drive and no luck.
SO I am off to the dealer today to look at a few models. (I have two deere dealers near me, and one Kobota and one Husqvarna). I like both deere dealers and the Husqvarna but have not ever dealt with the Kobota one.
I am looking at consumer reports and they have three well reviewed deeres.
The s240 Sport (no snowblower attachment, so I would have to keep the 318 for snowblowing).
or
x350, has snowblower attachment I could trade in the 318 or sell it. (318 only has 600 hours and I added an electronic fuel pump).
or
x310 has the snowblower attachment.
My must haves are a bagger, 42-48'' deck. Are there any Husqvarna or Kobota tractors that I can compare to the above?
any help would be appreciated.
I mow slight hills, nothing that would tip me over. And the yard is 2-3 acres the other 20 acres we own is wooded.
Thanks!!!
