Landtrac parts?

A local shop has an abandoned Landtrac 450 DTC with a loader I'm thinking about buying. It needs a motor or at least a complete rebuild, all we know at this point is it has 1 cracked sleeve.
So the net hasn't been helpful, are these tractors being supported by any company now? I know the motor is a mitsubishi and can probably get parts from them, but what model is the motor? Also what about tractor specfic parts?

Dill, check on the engine for models #s, then check with a Montana dealer.
Or, you can PM me with the details, sell price & location and let me go over to, uh... help.

If I pass on it, I'll let you know, its so cheap it feels wrong.
So I can get tractor specific parts from Montana dealers? And where are they in NH?

If it is one of the LG/LS made LandTracs with a Mitsubishi engine, I would think a Montana dealer could help. I don't know of a real NH dealer though. Nearby, in Goffstown, there is a used car dealer with a single Montana out front. I don't recall the name though. I would bet a Montana dealer here on TBN might be able to send out parts though. Also a machine shop should have access to Mitsu engine parts.

Any of the former "Farmtrac" dealers should be able to help you out. Most of the dealers were Long dealers back when Landtrac was being produced. See "farmtrac troubles" thread and you can find a Farmtrac dealer in your area.
