Most of the BX models here come with a 4 in 1, we bought ours just under a year ago and Kubota were offering $2k off the 2370 or a 4 in 1, it is not branded but I don't know where it comes from.
It makes the tractor very versatile and I use it for lifting redgum sleepers (heavy and a great place for snakes to hide) as well as pulling out old fence posts and star pickets.
Takes a bit of getting used to as you can't see the jaws but after a while you just 'know' where they are at.
I spread a lot of blue metal and this makes for a precise dump while reversing, in fact I don't know how we would have got by without it.
Hydraulics are good and has a grip like a bull terrier, it won't let go although I have dropped the odd sleeper that just wasn't gripped properly but as I said they are heavy as redgum is a very dense timber.
It is also useful for moving trailers as I can grip the hitch then lift a manoeuvre it around more precisely than our tow vehicles.
I have seen Landpride in Youtube videos and it looks like a good reputable brand, who knows we could have one but it came from the dealership and they said it was Kubota which to me means nothing.
Heavier construction than the standard bucket so should last well.
We don't take it off although it does have quick disconnect for the entire FEL or the bucket, hydraulics are quick coupling.
I'm not sure if the lever is standard on the tractor or the two buttons for the jaws only come when you get the 4 in 1.
