Landleader 230 Iseki TA230F won’t start

Tractor was running but will not start. Battery 12.8, new ground cable, all terminals cleaned.

Got in the seat, pushed in the clutch, two lights came on on the dash, turned the key to start, there was one click from the starter (I think) the dash lights went out. Now when I turn the key nothing happens. No dash lights.. nothing

Clean all connections and have the battery load tested. It's possible to have a battery at full voltage still unable to do its job. Watch your terminal voltage as someone tries to crank the tractor.
