I'm getting ready to replace the Cutter Blades on my RCF3096 and wondered about the "Blade Bolt Spacers". How do you know if they are needed and which size, 16,18,20 or 24 GA? There were no spacers installed when I removed the blade bolts. Just wondered what others may have done when replacing the cutter blades and these spacers? Nothing in the owners manual about how/when to use these spacers.
