I think the previous owner was just uninformed. However, watch what you do -- I have some B2150's (made in the late 1980s/early 1990's) and took a std trans model to the fairly large and well established local dealer in WV. He ordered a factory loader brand new from a warehouse that just happened to still have one in Ft Worth TX. The paperwork and phone calls back and forth with to company declared all was well and it would fit. It did NOT fit. Some strange seemingly undocumented issue between HST and std trans models. Hard metal to metal conflicts. The dealer spent hours trying to make it fit, gave up, returned my money and shipped the thing back to Kubota in Ft Worth. Then had a pee contest with Kubota over whose fault it was.The only reason I am asking, the owner stated that with this particular year model (2009 maybe?), there was no factory/Kubota option for a FEL. I thought it was odd, as I couldn't imagine Kubota offering this particular style tractor with no loader option.
Baloney. I had a 3130 with a factory loader and it was built in '07 I believe. I think he is misinformed. The only reason I am asking, the owner stated that with this particular year model (2009 maybe?), there was no factory/Kubota option for a FEL. Same engine, slightly more HP available at the PTO on the gear version vs. HST, maybe?if your L4330 manual is like mine, it gives specs for the L4630 as well. All the dimensions are the same. Motors have the same base numbers, bores, strokes, etc. but different motor sufixes, and 3 hp difference. Couldn't understand why K offered both models. Maybe the 4360 torque curve lets it lug more than just 3 HP would suggest. Still, shouldn't affect loader issues.
