I got the following offers from my local dealer. Can you guys tell me if these prices are good, and what you think about these models?

I'm upgrading on my farm, going from using vintage tractors to getting a new tractor to use as my main tractor. I have a goat dairy farm, and also raise sheep and pigs. The tractor will be used for loader work with manure, snow plowing (with a back blade), brush hogging and general farm maintenance. I also need it to move large round bales. Is this enough of a tractor for my use?

I got about the same quote ($28,400) on an L4330 w/cab. That included the rebate so I figure it's not all that great of a deal since the before rebate price was only a 10% discount. I wanted a few options and the dealer wanted list + installation for the options. I walked and will probably look at a 4740 since it has a better cab and better options for only $3400 more.

SO THE NET COST TO U FOR A4630 IS $28,175, OR $26,950 FOR THE 4330?

DOES THAT INCLUDE VT SALES TAX ?

In New York State, equipment for a farm business is not subject to sales tax, so there is no sales tax for this tractor, for me. But that isn't part of the equation, since I don't have to pay sales tax for any tractor that I buy for my farm.
