L4400DT w/loader - $15000 - good deal ?

Found a L4400DT, 4WD, geared tranny, Ansung loader, 500 hrs for $15000. Is this a good deal ?

Also, I have questions about the L4400.

Read somewhere that the Ansung loader attached only at midpoint, and not at front or rear; can anyone confirm if this is true or not ? and if so, does it matter ?

Also, did the problems on the earlier L2800/L3400 jerky 3PH lift and PTO cable apply to the L4400, and did Kubota correct them after a certain year model ?

Arky: purchased a new L4400 a few yrs ago w/Ansung loader same specs as yours for 18K, so yours is not a steal but probably fair...I'd check the market on line (ebay Craigslist), & negotiate or get them to service it/change fluids at least. Don't know about the midpoint thing on the loader, just had mine for a few hrs before going to a larger model. Don't recall the 3 pt. problem, think it's on lesser models. overall a sound tractor, get the rears fluid filled is my recommendation. my place is down the road in Pettigrew. bb
