L4330 steering sqeak

Hi guys,

My L4330 has recently developed a squeak somewhere in the lower parts of the front end, maybe around the right side power steering ram. It sounds like a rubber-on-metal squeak, but may be a hydraulic noise, I can't really tell. A brief inspection without any disassembly showed nothing unusual. There's no leakage.

Anybody with the same or similar model Kubota that has had a problem like this? Anybody have an educated guess regarding the source of the noise?

Found it. My "brief" inspection didn't include getting down on the ground far enough to see the very bottom of the little sheet-metal steering knuckle guard. It was mashed up against the rubber boot covered knuckle.
