Does anyone have rear hydraulic remotes installed on their L3800. My dealer say they can install them for me, but I'd like to see a picture of what they would look like. I don't want them kludged onto the tractor. pictures of any dealer installed ones would be appreciated.

I don't have any pictures, but I think that you want to see some pictures of the Kubota OEM valve set. If A dealer installs some aftermarket valves which may be fine, but there is no reason to think that another dealer is going to install some or even the same aftermarket valves in the same manner.
Unless things have changed, which is quite possible, Kubota didn't offer a ready made remote "kit" for the economy L tractors. At least not 2 years ago. I had to buy aftermarket parts for my L3400 and fabricate it myself. My dealer would have done it, but the cost would have been a lot higher and I wouldn't have had as much control over the finished product.
Some of the newer L3800/L3200 guys should know exactly what the score is now.
I believe peterc38 posted a thread on his new L3200 with rear remotes back in January. He may be able to help you out with pics. My L3200 does not have the remotes installed (didnt need them) but it was offered. Hope this helps. :smurf:
Here's the thread of the install I did. The hardest part is finding a good place to mount the valve, I wanted to keep the top of my fenders clear so I ended up mounting it on the back of the right side loader support.

The rear remote kit that Kubota offers for the L3200/3800 isn't a very nice setup IMO. It's just a big old valve bolted to the fender/ROPS with a few hoses. It's not the nice integrated factory looking setup like the Grand L's use. Personally I'd pass on it, you could honestly fab something up yourself that would look a lot more professional.

But, for the OP to see what is commonly used by dealers, he would need to see what the Kubota OEM setup is. Otherwise it is just a hit and miss situation and he would have no idea what he will end up with.
My recommendation is if the OP is going to use these for a "TnT" set, that he gets at least one if not two valves with the float function.
