With an FEL, why did you go gear?
i grew up on a case ih 245 a 21hp tractor its was gear i was 11 when i started to ran it i put thousands of hours on it skidding loggs plowing tilling i hate hydro or auto on a tractor the tractor boggs to quick they suck in book is 17.5k a good deal or no i still im not should how good kubota are i ran one in 84-85 the case had a mitushbi in it had 11k hrs on it i was told 3k 4k good for a kubota that not many hrs

I have a 3240 gear with FEL and love it . Don't let all the naysyers with hydros get to you. Gear with a shuttle works just fine, gives you more power and you don't have any annoying whine. I priced a 3800 last year for about the same price so it should be a decent price.

Just noticed you are in Pa. so call Brady at Barlows and have him give you a price. I live in northeast Ohio and he beat the local guys by alot even with delivery.

well heres the problem i put a huge cunk down on one friday so now wat if i ask for down payment bacl there will be a plenty at least 10% thats aint going to happeni doubt barlow will be thay much cheaper they would have to be 2k at least to save $$$ i figure 800 in fuel down and back

I also much prefer gear drive over hydro. I bought a L3800DT, gear drive, w/fel a few months ago and absolutely love it!
Your English is a bit hard to understand, but on the hours, you can put many more hours than 3-4k on a Kubota, just got to take care of them. :thumbsup:
