You should go to the "Reviews" tab on this board. There are three reviews on the the Grand L series that have been done in the past year. I think you'll find them interesting and very helpful.
I have an L3010HST, R-4 tires with an LA481 loader and a Befco 50" tiller. I've been real pleased with the L3010. Had some trouble learning how to get unit in and out of gear if I turned off the tractor without taking it out of gear first.
If you get the foldable ROPS and are planning to fold them alot make sure that you check that the bolts thread in and out easily and that the holes line up correctly. Mine can be done by hand without a wrench. This is real handy when it's raining and you want to get the tractor back in the shed.
