I found a 1999 TBL 35 with 1200 hours on it. Rubber is very good. It also has a clam shell for the front bucket (about a $4K extra) Service records included. Is $25K too much?
Many thanks.

Yes, too much. I sold my '97 L-35 with 900 hours 4-n-1 bucket and 2 extra backhoe buckets and an extra straight FEL bucket about 1.5 years ago for $22,000. It was in nice condition.

Off about $22-$23 at the most.

If you're going to finance a large portion of the purchase price, look into a new L39 w/ 0% financing. You might end up paying a little more each month, but think of how much you'll pay in interest on a used equipment loan.

You can buy a new L39 for about $34K and still get the 0% financing. More power, more lift, more modern, full warranty and free money. Seems compelling compared with an 8 year old machine even at a $9K less.

The price sounds fair, but I would give it a background check for it's prior life; i.e. was it owned by a rental yard? If so, I would either take a walk, or use that as a bargaining chip! These tractors are capable, and designed for commerical use, and will stand-up well under most conditions; but some rental yards have tractors that face a "destruction derby!?" Check all the pins and bushings on the loader and backhoe for wear, and the color of the fluids. Even though it has the (GST) trans., the clutch can be worn out too. Buyer beware, a gentleman on this site purchased a Kubota B21 with similar hours and the drivetrain (HST) was destroyed shortly after he purchased it. It's prior life was a rental yard also! I don't recall if he had the service records? And he ended up rebuilding it at his own expense, but had the knowledge to do so. Also during his rebuilding project; there was indications that it had been rebuilt once before. Good luck on your decision. You are close to the price of a new Kubota B-26 with a warranty, but no 4n1 bucket on the loader?
