L3400 stuck in gear

DT model I guess? Mine did the same, although it freed up when stopped, the clutch refused to disengage when the engine was running. Dealer split the tractor, the spline on the transmission input shaft was rusty. They cleaned it up and lubed it, no problems since.
My L3400 DT is doing the same thing now after 600hrs. I push the clutch in and out and lift the front end off the ground with bucket to get some pressure off the 4X4 drive. I wonder if that clutch adjustment behind the bucket mount on right side would help keep the transmission from locking up in gear?

Have had clutches freeze up in the engaged position if left to sit for a long period rust on shaft and clutch plate does this. use to depress clutch pedal and wire it in this position I see on my l4600 that it comes with a bracket to do this very thing. when I bought it showed this to dealer and he said he wondered what that was used for. just have to remember to use it.
I've been locking my clutch petal down on my 07 L3400dt when not in use, but doesn't seem to make any difference, the tractor still locks up in gear when I work with it, not every time but enough so its starting to get aggravating, and the tractor feels like there's still some drive on it when the clutch petal is all the way down, but when its on smooth flat ground like a garage floor it shifts good. The tractor is used once a week for something, so how can rust get on the clutch, and at 700 hrs. how can the pressure plate be wore out. I know what your thinking, stay on smooth flat ground and I'll be all set.
