L3400 gear clutch adjustment

I am nearing 100 hrs and was going to start w/clutch tonight. Operaters manual says to remove plate on right side of flywheel. This looks like I will have to remove the loader frame to do this. Has anyone done this yet?

Went by my dealer and they said not to worry about it unless I have a problem with the PTO.
