L3240 or L3940?

Here is my dilemma I am going to buy a new tractor. The two that I am looking at are the;
Kubota L3240 or L3940. Both will have the shuttle shift trans. and both will have FEL.
I will be using the tractor for bush hogging my fields (about 15 acres) as well as maintaining my driveway which is .6 of a mile with box scrape and a blade, pushing over small tree's and hauling rock to patch potholes plus planting food plots etc.
I am wondering if the L3240 being 32hp & 4 wheel drive will have enough power or should I get the L3940?

The 3940 will handle a 6' bushhog. If I had 15 acres of bushhogging I would want at least a 6 footer.
I would consider the GST trans over the std FST trans.
I have a 3830 with std trans. It's a great tractor but I often wish I had the GST.The GST has 12 forward gears vs 8 for the FST.
With the FST you have to come to a complete stop to shift from 4th (low range) to 5th gear(1st hi range). You do not have to clutch to shift with the gst. You do not have to clutch to shuttle FWD/REV with GST either.
