L3240 Front Axle fluid

I'm finishing my 50 hour service and noticed the fluid level in the front axle is low. I want to top it off. The manual specificies UDT or gear oil. Any idea what the factory (or dealer) would actually have put in here? I don't want to mix fluids. Sure smells like gear oil.

When I changed my front end factory fill fluid at 50 hours it was gear oil not UDT.
