Is this a good price. Grand L3130HST, FEL, 6' woods rear discharge finish mower.

20000.00 out the door to my house across state lines.

Also is this a good dependable tractor?

Thanks

Can't really comment on the asking price as mine was a package deal with several other items .
As far as reliabiilty ... Search this forum , and I doubt you'll find that there have been any significant problems with them .
As to the Good part... I love mine and now that i'm getting more accustomed to operating it , it would be hard to do without .
The wife loves it ,and thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread . And, that goes a long way towards justifying the cost /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif . Also , forgive my manners for not saying "welcome to TBN " before now . John

Thanks for the welcome, i have been reading and listening a lot to the comments. And it seems that the dealer has so much to do with the overall purchase. It also seems like some folks are blue, some green, some orange and others. And it seems that there are good and bad in all. But I think the Kubota L3130 will do fine for me. I just wish I hadnt bought that 6000.00 lawn mower last summer. maybe i can sell it and recover some of my investement in it to help off set the tractor price.

Thanks again

Welcome to TBN!!! Price seems in line, I was quoted roughly the same figure for the same set up (513 FEL) here in Western Pennsylvania about a month ago.

Actually the dealer makes all the difference . You can spend all the money in the world on a new machine . But if you can't get it serviced , or fixed it's money wasted .
As you said , some folks are blue , orange, green , ETC . Post your questions on the other forums here . Listen to the opinions expressed . ( and keep in mind that just like what I'm writing now ... they're just opinions . The final proof will be up to you /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif ) test out as many different machines (and dealers ) as you can . You're about to spend a lot of Hard earned $$$ on a machine . So you owe it to yourself to have every confidence that you made the right choice .
Look around at all your options , and happy shopping .
All the best , John
PS if you fill out your bio a bit it would help those folks trying to help you /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'm getting a L3130HST with R4s with the LA723 FEL with Quick Hitch, delivered to me for about $18,825.00. That includes delivery across the state line but does not inlcude loading the R4s ($250), some financing fees ($200), or Kubota insurance for four years ($6xx).

Sounds to me like your getting a pretty good deal. My "local" dealer wanted $20K for just the L3130HST and a plain LA523 FEL. Everything else would have been on top of that.
