<font color=blue>Why is the Kubota loader better?</font color=blue>
I'll have a shot at answering that question if you keep in mind that this is only my opinion and applies to all brands; i.e., staying with the same brand loader as the tractor vs. aftermarket brands of loaders:
First off, I don't know that anyone is saying the Kubota loader is "better" than the Woods (or some other brands). However, I would much prefer the Kubota loader on a Kubota tractor for several reasons:
The Kubota loader has been "certified?" by Kubota to match that particular tractor. If the Woods will lift more, lift higher, or out perform the Kubota loader in any way, can the tractor handle the difference? Maybe so, maybe not. IF you have a problem with that loader, will the manufacturer say the problem is with the tractor, not the loader? And conversely if you have a problem with the tractor, will the tractor manufacturer say it was caused by the aftermarket loader? And then, in the event you decide to sell the rig later, will you get the same price for the tractor with an aftermarket loader as you would get with the Kubota loader, or will you find buyers like myself that prefer matched equipment and are only willing to pay less for it?
Now that said, there are good aftermarket loaders out there, you may never have a problem, and you may be just as happy with one of them as with the Kubota loader. I know one Kubota dealer who told me he sells more Koyker loaders on Kubotas because he can sell them cheaper and says he's never had a problem with them (but he didn't sell one of them to me/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif).
