L3130 won't start, engine turns over, drained fuel tank, replaced filter, replaced lift pump, bleed.......and bleed... checked fuel stop solenoid, relays, fuses, 12 volts to glow plugs. pulled glow plugs and put 12v to them and they get red. pulled injectors and let them soak in cleaner. Bleed and bleed and bleed. I can get fuel to the injectors but I don't know what the fuel should look like coming out of the pump. Seems very weak, maybe 1/4 - 1/2 inch spurts? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Should the fuel really spurt out of the top of the pump?

Depending how fast the engine is turning.. the fuel should shoot out about 4-5ft..
Have u hung an injector outside the engine to see if its firing.??
CAUTION.. the hi pressure coming from the injector CAN & WILL penetrate your skin.. stay away from the spray.!!
